As of 2 days ago, our condo listing is officially LIVE and on the market!!

We called a realtor that specializes in downtown condos on April 1st, and spent the last two weeks socking away clutter to get ready for the listing pictures. Below are some of the results!

We really do love this place – it’s just that it isn’t located in Baltimore. So, I think I am saving these pictures so that I have someplace to store them to look back on….

Anyway, we are crossing our fingers to receive an offer sometimes over the next several months. Our realtor has set expectations that it can take up to a year for a condo to sell, so I am trying to anchor myself to that timeline and not get too excited – BUT OMG we already have 8 saves on zillow lol lol

I’m totally chill.

Next up is a trip out to Baltimore in May to tour apartments! I will update you once we are back!
